30-day satisfaction guarantee
Your first AM:PM order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from delivery. If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within that period to arrange a return and refund. Opened products from your first order are included.
Email info@ampmnutrition.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please contact us for return instructions before sending any products back.
Standard returns
For orders after your first, we accept returns requested within 30 days from delivery when:
- Items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products are in a resellable condition.
The unopened-product requirement for standard returns does not apply to opened products covered by your first-order satisfaction guarantee.
To arrange a return, email info@ampmnutrition.co.uk with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
